Our refund and return policy lasts 24 hours from the date of delivery. If 24 hours have passed since your purchase, we will not be able to offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Perishable goods such as groceries, food items, and daily essentials cannot be returned once opened or used.
  • Personal care products or hygiene-related items cannot be returned due to safety reasons.

When Exchange is Allowed

If you receive a completely different product from what you ordered or the product is damaged during delivery, you can request an exchange easily.

Refunds

Refunds are provided only when an ordered item is out of stock or if we are unable to deliver due to our mistake. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method.

Shipping and Returns

If an exchange is approved, our team will arrange pickup or guide you on how to return the item. Customers are responsible for safely packing the product for return.
